§ With new releases and service packs & database hot fixes.
§ SQL Server responsibilities include backup and restore databases, creating Remote\Linked servers, Installing and Managing Log shipping and Cluster (Active\passive ) and Always on .
§ I handled more than 250+ server and database size 100 GB to 100 TB.
§ Administration SQL 2014\2016\2017\2019 for Production, Demo, Testing & Development Servers.
§ Performance Tuning and Monitoring.
§ Implementing Security policy for SQL production databases.
§ DR Costing solution provider for Database Management.
§ Solution provider for High availability Replication\cluster\Database Mirroring, Log shipping and Always on.
§ Interacting with senior management.
§ Setting and configuring up SQL Server Mail and alert configuration.
§ Track locking, deadlocks, long-running queries, and high-resource queries.
§ Implementing different backup schemes such as Full, differential and log Tran.
§ Supporting development team members on technical issues.
§ Rebuilding the indexes at weekly for better performance.
§ Configure and implement Red Gate SQL Monitor tools.
§ Data Migration and Upgrade from SQL Server 2014\2012 Servers to SQL server 2016\2017\2019.
§ Developing SQL scripts for maintaining administration tasks.
§ Database server routine health check-up.
