Desktop Support and Networking Engineer at Ace brain Systems &Software Pvt . Ldt 3 Feb 2018 to Till Date and I Have 1 Year Experience .Client Site: HEMRL, DRDO
Responsibilities
1. Server Support: Installation and up-gradation of Server OS, Configuration of Active Directory and users. Configuration of DNS, Group Policy.
2. Software Support: Installation and configuration of Windows OS, Linux OS, MS Office, Outlook, SQL / Oracle Client and other genuine / authorized desktop applications. Desktop drivers for peripheral devices.
3. Hardware Support: Diagnosis of hardware issues of Computer and peripheral equipments and provide suitable course of repair/replacement.
4. Networking Support: Diagnose and fix network connectivity related issues of desktops and servers.
5. Monitoring and coordination: Coordinate with OEM for warranty support, Escalation of tickets, management of subordinates in the team, analysis of calls and preparation of periodic reports.
