Ø Possess Licentiateship Diploma in Electrical form India Society of Engineering.

Ø Have the first hand experience to be part of the explosive telecom growth and led the team to successfully achieve the annual targets, year after year.

Ø Involved planning, execution and monitoring of large Telecom projects in time bound manner.

Ø Ensured tight financial control over expenditure, proper budgeting and financial auditing of the telecom projects.

Ø Good at fostering cordial relations with customers, public functionaries and various elected representatives.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Network Rollout

Ø Plan and execute the Optical and Copper connectivity as required.

Ø Liaise with multiple vendors involved to ensure that rollout is completed in stipulated time frame as per project plans.

Ø Coordinate projects; monitor on-site activities and final execution within schedule & cost parameters.

Ø Look after the Project of new customer sites.

Ø Operation & maintenance of fibre layed at backbone and customer location.

Ø Management and maintenance of POD utilities like DG set, SMPS, UPS, etc.

Ø Power management, battery bank and splicing of optical fibre cable.

FTTH Rollout ( Launched in month of July in Gurgaon )

Ø Plan & implementation of OSP & ISP roll out of FTTH network

Ø Installation of last-mile customer connectivity including ONT and testing .

Networking Operations

Ø Develop & implement processes for better network management.

Ø Manage project execution; excavation/Laying of duct & OFC & Copper cables/ Co-xial cable/Waveguides termination & testing .

Ø Manage GSM/CDMA Base Transceiver stations, Media Access and Building access Nodes

Ø Design network layouts and manage the installation, equipment, commissioning of telecom systems & devices.

Ø Routine monitor of performance reports as a measure of preventive maintenance.

Ø Analyse network stability and take preventive measures to ensure high network uptime.

Ø Manage the in-building cabling & updating of routing details.

Installation & Commissioning

Ø Prepare the site and mobilise the contractors for carrying out installation activities.

Ø Carry out erection & commissioning of telecom products.

Ø Ensure effective site management and discipline for safe and timely execution of the project.

Ø Foresee performance bottlenecks and taking corrective/preventive measures to avoid the same.

Operations Management

Ø Oversee operation of systems and infrastructure to meet key performance indicators agreed with the business.

Ø Lead team in ensuring efficient operations and maintenance of the infrastructure.

Ø Assume full operations responsibility for functions and administer the expense budget within guidelines.
