Responsibilities: Auto Loan Implementation on various channels US Based Credit Union HCL Technologies Financial Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Flows, Invocable Apex, REST Callouts Salesforce Technical Architect The credit union wanted to bring banking service online for its members/customers. This project is to implement loan origination, loan approval for used cars and new cars in Salesforce considering various channels like self-service (customer community), branch (an lightning app for branch users), phone ( a console app for call centre users). This auto loan flow can be operated from all these three channels. My responsibilities included, attending business calls, designing system flows as per requirement, presenting solution in front of design review board, defining integration strategy, defining deployment strategy, CICD Architecture, defining deliverables, code review of deliverables, writing technical stories in JIRA, attending daily scrum with team and ensuring all deliverables are on track, helping team in their technical difficulties.
