Roles & Responsibilities:
ü To create and modify technical manuals, User manual, Installation guides and Training material as per the client request.
ü Proofread the documents for Consistency, Grammar, Syntax, Spelling, Accuracy, adherence to company standards and compliance with legal guidelines.
ü Gather information about the product by interviewing product experts and SME’s.
ü To discuss withmanager to understand the requirements and the deadlines to complete the document.
ü To integrate Photographs, Tables, Drawings, Diagrams and Charts in documents for easy readability.
ü Collaborate with other writers to find out necessary updates for the documents.
ü Conduct daily stand-up meetings to explain the targets for the day and weekly meetings to track down the quality and productivity.
