✓ ServiceNow OOTB modules implementation, experience of working with ServiceNow Glide objects such as Glide Record, Glide System, Glide Aggregate, Glide Ajax, UI Actions, Script includes, client script, UI Policies, Business Rules Understanding/worked of LDAP plugin, Service Portal.

✓ Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.

✓ Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters ✓ Experience in Designing and flow of ServiceNow system.

✓ Experience in integrations with third party tools

✓ Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Reports, Dashboards, Agent Workspace in ServiceNow

✓ Expertise in service portal and widgets customization ✓ Develop systems integrations and process automation. Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices.

✓ Experience in Angular JD Development. ✓ Experience In Team and Client handling

✓ Perform continuous integration, continuous delivery, unit testing and assist with quality assurance.

✓ Involved in all phases of the project (Documentation, Designing the forms, coding, defect fixing).
