] Presently asóciated with M/S Mineral Enterprises Ltd –Bangalore (Karnataka-India) in Sr.Mgmt Positon as General Manager (Mines).

] Earlier associated with VEDANTA PLC the London Listed FTSE 100 diversified Metal and Mining Major.

] Over 25years of Experience and Proficient knowledge in for Exploring viability of Green Field & Brown Field Project in the Field of Mining & Mineral Processing in Iron Ore & Base Metals (Pb/Zn).

] Passionate to achieve punishable deadlines regardless of Location constraints. Recent achievements are rolling out 1000tpd Plant in to production of concentrates @ 90T/day within 2.7yrs from Green field project of Lead & Zn Mining & Processinglocated in remote of Abakalki- Nigeria.

] Assessment, Planning overall Budget estimation of mine project, Preparing Financial Model of the Project so as to understand Economic viability under changing scenarios and ultimately the Payback period of the business.

] Project Schedule planning, setting milestones, cost estimate for capital expenditure, project 

execution plan.

] Technical evaluation and consulting for Mine Plan, Equipment selection, processing flow-sheet.

] Strategic planning- recommendation to reduce mine product cost and improve productivity.

] Capital expenditure and operational assessments, contract valuation, competitor analysis.

] Involved in bench scale investigation with SGS South Africa to determine Mineralogical testing of ore & develop the process flow sheet to produce concentrates suitable for end use Industries. And later involved in Design & Basic Engineering work for establishing the beneficiation plant as per the Process Flow sheet. Carrying out in-depth analysis over cost & reliability exercise for procurement of Structural steel & Equipment’s based on the project life cycle. Possess Work experience in Latest techniques of Mineral Processing, which includes Selection of Crushers for Primary ,Secondary and Tertiary crushing, Differential Flotation, Ball mill, ultra-fines recovery plant, Wet/Dry Tailings Management, Ferrous wheel (H.G.M.S.), M.I.M.S., Thickener, Ceramic Filter-CAP40T/ HR.

] Involved in Scoping & Pre-feasibility studies for determining Tonnage and grade estimate for making economic assessment of the mine by way of Proper NPV Scheduling through SRK consultants. Also having knowledge & in depth analysis over degree of mechanization & selection of equipment’s for exploiting the minerals from the deposit. Involved in Mine planning and pit optimization so as to reduce the strip ratio considering Safe Pit slope by study of Geo technical parameters for Mining at depth of 120Mts with appropriate life of the mine.
