Roles & Responsibilities:

• Managing the Global(European, Asia Pacific, North America) Team and Ensuring Team completetask on/Before Time.

• Take Interview and Hire the right resource for Global Team.

• Prepare the Weekly status report and share/discuss with Client in a week.

• Identify the best practices for team and work with the delivery team.

• Ensure team follow right process and clearly understand the process.

• Identify the Root Cause Analysis of the errors.

• Resolve the Global team issue if issue related to configurations

• Prepare the Audit reports and share with account for review.

• conduct training for on-boarding team and give them training related to project.

• Prepare the training reports and share/discuss with Client
