Online Content / Social Media Management – Responsible for content creation, SEO & curation / optimization for various fashion editorials & electronics stores using tools like WCMS, HYBRIS & ADOBE Experience Cloud.
Campaign Management & Promotions – Working in strong collocation with Brands, category, design, content & digital marketing team to devise accurate marketing campaigns & implement data-based improvements.
Creative Planning / Aesthetics – Responsible for planning major photo shoots, page conceptualization, and sourcing for upcoming events/stories.
Personalization & Automation - Creating custom components & Brand feeds within the online sites for a better shopping experience using Adobe Experience Manager.
Data Analysis & Growth – Analyzing data using various tools like Adobe Omniture, Google analytics, etc.
Product Enhancement – continuously working towards enhancement/ grooming of existing technical features of site components & features.
