Ltd., India 07/2021 - Present, Client: Marks & Spencer, UK Spearhead the overall strategy and landscape with end-to-end ownership of programs/projects for the Marks & Spencer, UK client to support the organization in the realization of the company’s vision and achieve the project goals. Streamline project management activities including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, monitoring project progress, and reporting on projects. Maintain trackers for risks, issues and changelogs and keep them updated throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with the clients and stakeholders in requirements-gathering sessions using various methodologies, including case analysis, business process analysis, and workflow modelling. Ensure the documentation and archiving of project activities, deliverables, tools and findings and for use in future projects.
