● Educated over 300 people on the menstrual cycle and sanitary pads in 5 villages of Tonk district in order to promote women's health

● Assembled a team of 10 members and delegated each village to two members through this plan, we were able to cover all five villages within a set deadline Head Volunteer, Ashram Foundation, Meerut Jul 2021

● Managed a successful eye camp for ten villages, reaching out to more than 700 people

● Contributed to the development of 25 different volunteers by guiding them and working as a team
