Daily morning metting of all machinig section Fourmen how many machine are running or which operator absent (reason) If some machine not running my duty why machine stoped( (RM raw materials issue , tolling issue or absent ) i'll make a excel sheet how many machine running and how many worker avl. in my department and sent mail -Company Md, HR department,Plant head, Tool room head, tool store head Dicuss with staff regarding kaizans( improve in machinary make smooth or fast production without hazards) Discuss with operator or ever section Fourmen make at lest 85-90% production in 8 duty hour
