Responsibilities: - Design according to CAD methodology and instructions given by PDE. - Making multiple proposals as per customer requirements and update master sections as well. - CAD design without deviating A-surface and Check for over thickness, Undercuts, Clash with Surrounding parts, Draft requirements. - Draft analysis, Clash analysis to avoid problems like undercuts, Clash, Flush if required. - Complete task within time span given and fill up the checklist before delivery of the project

Responsibilities:

• Experience in design and development of interior trim, exterior trim and plastic product on NX and CATIA

. • Concept design and CAD modeling for automotive plastic components such as Bumper, IP, Center Console, Door Trims, Glove Box, Liner, Panels, Etc.

• Packaging feasibility study considering environment data.

• Draft analysis, Surface analysis of the input style surface and final product.

• Design for soft parts and wrapping.

• Preparing mounting & fixation strategy for different kinds of plastic component.

• Creating 3D parametric data from dump data.

• Sound knowledge in Injection Molding, tool design along with slider lifter.
