➢ Responsible for New Programs from Production Readiness, FAI and Production Ramp up through Gate Transition Process in Project Management.
➢ Responsible for Financial control of the program by reviewing and monitoring program performance to the Business Case and the Profit and Loss Statement to the Annual Operating Plan.
➢ Responsible for Risk Management for the Project and IMS adherence.
➢ Coordinate customer visits and ensure Program Management Reviews (PMR) with regards to ongoing programs and provide presentations on updates and program management processes & support function for hospitality of Customer.
➢ Responsible for changes in project scope, Contract review flow down in change implementation board.
➢ Responsible for project by taking into consideration time, team, activities, resources, financials by using suitable project management tools GANTT C scheduling & timescales (MS-Project), Financials-Costing, Budgeting, Revenues, profits.
➢ Ensure all contractual requirements as identified during Contract/Purchase Order review are being implemented and in compliance.
➢ Responsible for create Sales Orders as per orders received from Customer Schedule & PO. Lead - Engineer - Project Management.

➢ Responsible for Plans, estimates, creation of baseline budgets and risk management.
➢ Responsible for manage, forecast, collect cost and report on project budget / schedule to meet the SOW requirements and ensures product cost according to target.
➢ Leads the creation of the integrated project plans & schedules, project budget in partnership with the team and organization.
