Command Your iPaaS - Monitor/Manage MuleSoft Applications using Amazon Alexa (link)
• Command Your iPaaS integrates the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform with Amazon Alexa voice assistant to monitor and manage the applications deployed on CloudHub(iPaaS) by simply listening to users' commands. The Alexa voice assistant uses Alexa skills to understand the users' commands and respond accordingly. A highly sophisticated system for proactive monitoring and management with a voice assistant. Allows users to perform operations such as getting the application status, instantly starting/stopping/restarting, and scheduling start/stop/restart with a voice command over an Alexa device. It also sends real-time notifications to the intended users for every action performed on a deployed application.
• Responsible for preparing the architectural view of the integration use case. This involved careful consideration of the various components that would be needed to create a successful integration, and how they would fit together to create a cohesive whole.
• Design the RAML specifications and published to Anypoint exchange.
• Developed the implementations based on the API specifications and followed the coding best practices.
• Designed the Alexa skill instance and configured the API endpoints to propagate requests to the backend APIs.
• Performed end-to-end testing and prepared the documentation.
