Role:Senior Customer Reliability Engineer (Airflow & TWS Admin Support)

Work Duration: June 20^th2022 to January 4^th 2023.

Responsibilities:

Airflow and TWS Administrator (CRE Support) from past6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Supported multiple customers to migrate their batch jobs from TWS to Airflow
• Provided Astronomer products to the customers supporting Kubernetes, AWS

services as per the requirement.

• Responsible for TWS and Airflow services up and running 24/7.
• Monitoring and resolve data-plane alerts of workspace, cluster and nodes.
• Understanding the Airflow core components pods status and resolve the unhealthy pod issues.
• Configuring Astronomer Projects
• Installing Astro CLI (homebrew, docker desktop)
