Roles and Responsibilities: -
➢ Working as a Senior System Administrator in Infra team which is supporting Genesys application team.
➢ Creating, deploying, configuring, automating, maintaining, and troubleshooting all servers & infrastructure on premises.
➢ Maintained Git workflow for version control (GitHub & Git LAB).
➢ Build and developed Docker containers for implementing microservices architecture from Monolithic Architecture.
➢ Implement the complete monitoring system for monitoring team for all type of K8s clusters and containers.
➢ Orchestrated Docker container cluster using Kubernetes.
➢ Monitoring availability and performance of Dev/QA/Production environments (servers, databases, network, and services) using customized Nagios monitoring system.
➢ Writing Shell & Ansible yaml scripts to automate Linux patching, provisioned servers, incremental snapshots & backups.
➢ Raised changes, if required on any services or if demanded by customer.
➢ Member of disaster recovery team and performing disaster recovery for all Dc’s (Failover and failback).
➢ Working on physical servers (VmWare).
➢ Monitor systems, networks and infrastructure using Nagios.
