Suman is a member of the Global Delivery Center in IBM India and he has almost 16 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM consulting in the ‘Hire to Retire’ process area involving requirement analysis, quality review, project execution, project management, and program delivery. He has led functional and technical teams in projects over the years in different geographic locations. Suman specializes in providing ‘Hire to Retire’ business process study, business process re-engineering, process harmonization, organizational structure design/modeling, organizational change management, HCM design template, and enterprise solutions to clients across industries. Suman has worked across SuccessFactors multiple modules, SAP HCM, and payroll suite. Suman has to experience in leading transformation projects for customers across various industry sectors like Banking, Oil, and Gas, Chemicals, Media and Broadcasting, Metals, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecommunication, Pharmaceuticals, Non-profit, etc. He had completed 6 certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance and Goals Management, Career Development Planning, Compensation, and Succession Management. He is trained in SAP S/4 HANA in a Nutshell from openSAP, HANA Cloud Integration course from SAP.
