Blue Prism is the Automation tool using for automating the tedious tasks and back-office jobs. Automation Platform is a one stop applied Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation platform which empowers enterprises to easily and quickly build and deploy intelligent solutions for their digital and automation journey.

Project 2: OfficeDepot:The process will investigate the cancellation requests received through the case management tool (Agent Dashboard) and provide the necessary resolution. It has 30 Processes like Service Request Cancellations, Virtual Warehouse Cancellations,Case Management and Order Management.
Description: This process will help the agents in saving the efforts spent in investigating the simple cancellations request. The requests which are not standard and that require further investigation will be treated as exceptions and will be handled by the agent.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands on experience in working closely with Process SME’s to prepare Process Definition Document (PDD) & Solution Design Document(SDD) and educated SME’s to work with Bots in production
Used UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring and management of UiPath Robot automation activity
Involved in code review and fine tuning the code for performance related issues and worked on debugging application for fixing bugs and Production support
Maintained several RPA Bots as batch processes on daily basis and ensure quality and high performance to the internal and vendor applications of the organization
