I started my career as a Service Engineer (trainee) at Sonodyne Electronics Co. Pvt. Ltd., progressed to the level of Repair Operation Head at Tata sky & Senior Manager CS at Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Further I have worked with SONY as All India Post Sales In Charge and in National Panasonic as Branch Service Head – East.
Training and development was a part of my Key Result Area; which included Technical training, soft skill training and other CS and Customer Care training.
Presently attached with, The British Institute Kolkata, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Institute of Science & Management Kolkata and Techno India Hooghly as an external faculty for training and development.
