§ 8+ years of experience in SharePoint Technologies,SharePoint Online (Microsoft Office365)and SharePoint Server 2010.

§ Having 2+ years of experience in Lotus Notes Client/Server management, developedapplications through Lotus Notes. Managed, Developed applications in Lotus Notes.

§ In-depth knowledge of SharePoint&it’s featuresand related M365 services.

§ Detailed understanding of both Classic and Modern SharePoint functionality including Sites, Lists, Document Libraries, Pages, Permissions, and Settings

§ In-depth Development knowledge and experience in Developing SharePoint modern sites with Power platform.

§ In-depth support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support for SharePoint.

§ In-depth knowledge in troubleshooting SharePoint end user/client issues.

§ In-depth knowledge in SharePoint permissions, webparts, lists, views,pages and any other site level issues.

§ Desirable – Knowledge of Power Platform products, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI

§ Experience on Microsoft Power Automate(flows) workflows, ModernWeb parts, Hub sites, Communication Sites and Team sites and publishing sites, Content types,SharePoint Designer 2013, Site Pages, Site Columns, Backup/Restore, Features and CAML, CSOM, Bootstrap, JSOM.

§ Desirable – Knowledge in Nintex forms and Nintex workflows.

§ Having experience in using Ticketing tools BMC Remedy and Service Now.

§ Possess strong architectural and design skills and the ability to formulate a solution from client requirements.

§ Proficient in problem solving, self-motivated, driven professional, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to exercise good judgment to keep critical systems operational. 

§ Maintained good working relationships with internal support teams and Client.
