• Good amount of knowledge in EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, VDA, XML, Flat File, CSV message formats

• Good functional understanding of EDI transactions related to retail and manufacturing industry such as: 830, 850, 855, 862, 997, 810, 820, 856, ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC, DELJIT, DELFOR, 4913, 4905, 4915, etc

• Strong understanding of SAP IDOC structures and experience in data manipulating, analyzing and solving IDOC errors

• Strong in coding EDI maps, creating functional mapping documents,setting up trading partner profiles, Envelopes, Code list and other partner related configurations in Sterling Integrator

• Strong in analyzing and troubleshooting business processes and translation errors like coding errors, data errors, validation errors, etc

• Holds experience in all phases of EDI implementation including requirement gathering, analysis, development, documentation, testing and support

• Good knowledge of communication protocols such as ISDN, OFTP2, HTTP, AS2 and VAN
