 Manage, support Information Management activities including, Application, Solution and Infrastructure architecture, establish Information Security and the project management system for a greenfield business entity.  Over see the IT Project management for the healthcare division, establish guidelines to the project management team for timely delivery of all IT project needs meeting the organization goals.  Provide Information management leadership to the project by guiding and consulting on the implementation of IT Project.  Establish, Implement and taking stewardship of Project Management policies, process, procedures related to the business activities to ensure all these processes will enable the organization a process compliant.  Evaluate Project and ensure the project is in line with the contractual guidelines with all the vendors.  Build a solution architecture for Healthcare division, aligning with AR Group, which meets HIMSS Stage 6, HIPPA guidelines and EMRAM product role out.  Define and delivery process flows for Amara Hospital – A Healthcare Division of Amara Raja Group.  Evaluation of vendors which involve software (EMR, CRM, ERP) hardware, and ensure the desired solution is delivered.  Defining Solution to the user department requirements which will address there need and ensure automation from all corners of patient centric. Oversea over all RFI and PRF process, Evaluation- Shortlisting and finalizing the vendors.  Implementation of S4 HANA for Amra Raja Healthcare Division on MM, Purchase and Finance with interface to HIS and consolidation at AR Group level.  Address User Experience as a key factor for vendors to deliver the required and defined solutions.  Ensure the required hardware and networking components are executed as per the defined solution architecture.  Uses of IoT to track the vitals of Patients in ICU and remote patient, Integration of PACS and provide the access to Consultants who are remotely handling the patients  Build team for multiple phases of the healthcare division and establish technology competence in the eco system.  Implement Hospital Information System across Clinical and Non – Clinical departments.  Ensure methodology for training Key Users and End Users.  Define the IT Road Map for next 5 - 6 Years  Deploy the state of the art Security to ensure the patient data is secured as per the global standards.
