Project Description : Oracle Cloud Financials Roles and Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering right from scratch from business based on their present process.

• Involved in implementation setup for AP, AR, GL, CM Configuration.

• Completed Financial Offering Configuration using FSM (Functional Setups Manager)

• Trained to super users and troubleshooting during UAT (User Acceptance Test).

• Assigning Job Roles & Data Roles to every user based on requirement

• Knowledge on Procure to Pay end to end operation.

• Participated in testing, user accepting testing in test instance and closely worked with super users.

• Participated in daily or weekly client meetings and updating the new requirement by client.

• Prepare and got approval for documents like BR100, MD050 tested result for all three phases.

• Prepare and configure setups in production instance and production support.

Project Description : Oracle Cloud Financials Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling the tickets, resolving the issues on day to day basis on priority.

• Communicating with user through Email or ServiceNow App to resolve the issues on timebased SLA.

• Interacting with project manager on daily and weekly basis and submitting issues status report.

• Handling situations for run time problems and suggesting the work around.

• Performing Month end activities and supporting on month end close issues

• Worked on the enhancement and change request by the users to the programs or reports.

• Provide functional support and troubleshoot the issues.

• Assign job roles to the users based on requirement.
