Responsibilities:

⮚     I worked on software releases of BEA Web logic Platform 9.2 MP1 and 10.0 web server.

⮚     Extensively performed Manual testing process to ensure the quality of the software.

⮚     Involved in validating the Client requirement.

⮚     Involved in Review meeting for the Test scripts prepared by others.

⮚     Reviewing, Rework if needed and Executing of Test Cases.

⮚     Performed GUI, Functional, Regression Testing.

⮚     Defect Tracking and Reporting

⮚     Involved with Black Box Testing on different OS like Windows, Linux, Solaris which included the following:

1.   Product provisioning:

●      Installation Testing in Graphical Mode, Console Mode and Silent Mode.

●      Using the Upgrade Installer in Graphical Mode Console Mode and Silent Mode.

●      License Testing.

●      Un- installation testing in GUI Mode, Console Mode and Silent Mode.

2.   Domain provisioning:

●                                                                              Creating and Extending Web Logic Domains Using the Configuration Wizard

●                                                                              Testing the Usage of Web Logic Scripting Tool.

●                                                                              Creating Templates using the Domain Template Builder.

3.   Patch Management in Maintenance Packs Using Smart Update.          

⮚     Also Performed Live –Bit Testing and Sanity Testing at the release time.
