· Developed Employee appraisal template Report.
· We have handled 6 levels of hierarchy approvals to complete the template.
· Developed a complex custom report to merge the 2 templates and make it into 1 like there are 2 managers and KRA will be 1.
· We have developed a custom code to copy previous year template Broad KRA next year data to current year template in KRA.
· Enhanced the standard functionality at probation level like while reviewing HR based on dropdown action (confirm, terminate, 3months, 6months) it will auto calculate the probation date/action.
· Developed few custom reports like to create KRA, Probation and Annual templates based on joining and probation dates.
· Enhanced the standard functionalities like to hide/disable columns, text notes and cell values with the help of badi’s and column access.
