It provides Fixed Line Services(FLS) such as Internet, Cable TV and Telephone to its fixed line customers. Proximus, a part of the customer's group takes care of the Mobile Communication Services(MCS). Customer's Group is a merger of FLS and Proximus(MCS). Hence, a separate DWH is maintained for each of them, based on Teradata. Belgacom's expectation is to merge all the warehouses and bring everything under ONE Umbrella, have ONE DWH, ONE methodology and ONE tool. The entire CWC (Credit Worthiness flow) that I have designed will verify all customer data in the backend system (CDB) and deliver the customer's credit score. I took part in the conversion of Siebel to Salesforce. Customer data is synced up in both systems(Salesforce,CDB) utilising the CDB sync mechanism that I have implemented
