➢ Configuration and troubleshooting of Lotus Notes and Outlook on client’s system.
➢ Provide exclusive upper management and Senior VP support (Local & Remote).
➢ Responsible for proper Antivirus installation (Symantec and Trend Micro).
➢ Working with latest technology like VPN, WSS, DLP, Encryption.
➢ Check-Point and Palo Alto VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
➢ Troubleshooting Network Connectivity in a LAN/WAN Environment.
➢ Basic Knowledge of Ms. Office (Ms.-Word, Excel, Power-Point).
➢ Provide Remote Support on Phone to Pan India office.
➢ McAfee Encryption configuration and troubleshooting.
➢ Working with Manage Engine Patch Manager Plus.
➢ Printer and Scanner Installation over Network.
➢ Hardware Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
➢ Configuration of Video Conference
