I’m an IT professional with 14 years of experience in the IT Industry; I have completed BCA, Prince 2, ITIL SO, ITIL V3, and completed training of MCSE, AWS, VMware, Office 365, CCNA, CCNP. My overall accountability for IT infrastructure domain including End-User Computing, Service delivery, Managing IT Infra, seamless running IT Operations, and work collaboratively with APAC-EMEA pacific peers to achieve business objectives, develop new strategies, and road map.
