Roles and Responsibilities:

 Team Lead of two differentteams ofsize 9 (6 Development + 3 L3 Support).

 Involved in Analysis, Design, Development, System Testing, SIT support,L3 support and Training new team members.

 Work closely with all the stakeholders such as various application teams,external partners and client counterparts.

 Involved in documentation for each phase (design, development, deployment) of all the modules of the SOA and OSB services developed.

 Identification & implementation of new functionalities in the applicationaccording to client requirements.

 Involved in Testing, Debugging and troubleshooting SOA and OSBapplications in the order management flow.

 Responsible for identifying, reporting, triaging and fixing different bottlenecks in all the environments for every release, to ensure that theapplication is released to production with maximum quality.

 Supported critical (P1) war room situations and resolved issues withimmediate work around /fixes.

• Designed SOAP and REST OSB proxy and business Services implementation for almost 70 services.
