My Role, Manager- Talent Development is to ensure learning and development initiatives of employees, Contractors, and Volunteers are effectively executed and desired results are obtained.

 Introduced competency-based training for management team, supervisory development program.

 Identifies learning needs and partners with other OD&L Leaders or external resources to develop learning solutions.

 Partner with HRG leaders to manage key talent review processes and enhance leadership bench strength.

 Understand the leadership needs in the client groups and design & implement leadership development solutions per specific client needs in partnership with the HRGs, including driving effective integration of new managers and new leaders, mentoring, and high potential programs.
