Ø To ensure Quality assurance at each & every stage of production using routine tests, quality tools, procedures, guidelines, standards set by aerospace standards (AS),Quality system procedures (QSP)etc& ensure productivity during the entire stages of processing with high overall efficiency

Ø Carrying out calibration of work instruments, routine tests, quality checks, thickness values etc on painted & non-paintedparts like copper sulphate test, dry adhesion test, wet patch adhesion, sealing tests, aluminum rod test etc as per work instructions & particular requirements

Ø Conducted inspections& worked on kaizen activities with process engineer at various levels of processing to identify defects & recommended potential interventions & changes resulting in improved productivity& elimination of some common major problems

Ø Verification of documents like First Article Inspection (FAI) in accordance with customer specifications, requirement& maintaining work record of quality inspection to analyze overall, random, frequent, major, minor defects for record with traceability for future use
