This Project is developed for the Accord Software Private Ltd., Bangalore.The project is customized for the Accord Software, MVC(C#) is used as front end while Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 is used as Back end

Process Viewer:-

• Performed as a Developer for a Web based HRMS based System. A Bangalore based Software Co.

• Developed and implemented new feedback system for users concerns, bugs, and defect tracking regarding use and functionality of new interfaces

• Code and support provided through MVC(C#),T-SQL, Microsoft - SQL Server 2008 R2 Developed for Gridview/List in MVC(C#) data access objects using ActiveX Data Object.Net

• Developed user interface in MVC(C#),Employee Leave/Employee Regularise & Regularisation Modules

Tools Used: -Windows 7, C#,MVC,Third-Party Component and ADO.Net and TFS, SQL Server 2008 R2)

Responsibilities:

• Study and analysis of specifications given by client.

• Development of GUI.

• Coding programs in C#,MVC / SQL Server R2.

• Relationship Management:-

• Delivery Management & Post Implementation supports.

• Understanding & co-coordinating client's needs / enhancements, customization, software-related issues, provide solutions in adherence to delivery schedules.

• Achieving customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality norms and build the brand image by exceeding customer expectations.
