Technical support Engineer Total IT Global Australia Sydney( 2019 to 2020 May ):

● Provide all kinds of installation,configuration and application support by reaching on site which includes Deploying, installing & troubleshooting software via Microsoft SCCM and other means.

● Testing, identifying, repairing, resolving, and documenting end user technical issues regarding basic network/desktop/laptop support, Printers, PDAs, Blackberrys, and LAN cable drops

. ● Installing & configuring desktop hardware including the setting up of staff equipment, building new laptops & PC’s, adding additional monitors and assisting with office relocations

● Assisting end user with Audio/Visual and Video Conferencing setups, troubleshooting as required

● Support the user in local data backup and restore.

● Escalating tickets and tasks to other internal IT specialist teams.

● Taking ownership of issues through to resolution on all appropriate requests

● Categorize and prioritize end user support requests (Incidents) and service requests.

Work as Freelancer( IT Consultant 2018 April till September)

: ● Design developed webApp for summitherb and Majestichimalayantea using Golang. Mail hosting, DNS hosting for summitherb and Majestichimalayantea on GCP.( http://www.summitherb.com, http://www.majestichimalayantea.com ). The overall architecture for this web application was based on REST web services with Mysql as a backend Database and Jquery for front-end services. Used GO gorilla/mux to implement request router and dispatcher. Standard Go net/http package was used followed by configuring nginx reverse proxy for web server. Total duration for this two project was 3 Months. Other package used for this project was net/smtp for automatically sending email to web admin whenever user submit query from UI.

● Part time IT consultant for APF(Armed Police Force Nepal worked on Zimbra Mail server Installation and configuration )(March 2018 to November 2018).

● Design and Developed WebApp for khanikhola Enterprises. The web app was designed using Golang. The overall Architecture was based on REST web services with Mysql database as backend and Jquery and chartjs for defining UI. This project also includes monitoring Linux Processes and its activities like per process disk usage,cpu usage, memory usage etc by reading and parsing linux /proc directory. Total duration 6 months.
