• Project Name: FFE (Fibre for everyone) Client: Talk Talk Role: Systems Engineer Duration: 07/07/19 to 17/10/21 Project Description: The aim of the FFE program is to move all TalkTalk customers to as much of fibre connections SOM (Service Order Management) application acts as an orchestration tool, receiving Orders and consequently creating Access, Broadband and Voice cases in appropriate applications. SOM application accepts Orders created by end users via provided user interfaces, as well as incoming Orders from internal applications via JMS messages. All of the applications heavily consume SOAP web services and REST APIs, as well as focus on communication with Openreach. ARETEANS

• The aim of UBO project is to make the users register to UBO filing using PEGA.

• This process includes registration,Information collection,Sign letters digitally and getting it e-filed.

• The aim of Funds & Corporate Services is to manage investor’s fund starting from subscribing to the fund.

• FSCS has different types of processes like Subscription,Drawdown,Redemption,RegisterMaintenence,Investment,Divestment and Transfer. Responsibilities:

• Developed Data transforms,Activities, Properties, Decision Rules, Data Types, Process Flows.

• Built reusable rules in framework layer and application layer.

• Worked on debugging tools Tracer and Clipboard.

• Worked on preparing AUTs for applicable rules and Guardrail monitoring.

• Prepared Release Notes and Deployment packages.
