· 3.3years of Experience as a QA in Salesforce CRM application Mainly with Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders & Service Entities.
· Having in depth knowledge and understanding of CRM business processes like Management, Lead Management, Order Management, Account Management and Case Management.
· Having Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and all stages of QA and Defect Lifecycles.
· Having experience in using Test Management Tool like HP Quality Centre, JIRA, and Rally.
· Experience in Working with Projects using AGILE Methodology, Waterfall Methodology.
· Having experience in Test Scenarios, Test cases, Test Execution and documenting the Test results.
· Experience in developing Test Cases, Defect Logging.
· Actively involved in Functional, Regression, End to End Testing.
· Strong in Analysing Business requirements and specifications and development of test plans, test scripts, test cases and executing them.
