● Knowledge of press tool (stamping) and moulding.
● Preparation of PPAP documents and inspection of NPD parts.
● Communication and preparation of 8D documents for customer complaints.
● Good Knowledge of measuring instruments like profile projector, video measuring system(VMS) Height master, height gauge.
● Inspecting the incoming raw material, plated components & preparing the inspection report.
● Inspecting the final inspection parts as per drawing.
● In-process inspection of stamping components & moulding components.
● Checking the visual defects of the press tool & moulding components.
● Maintaining all the in-process inspection reports, raw material inspection reports, new parts inspection reports(with samples).
● Maintaining master samples & customer samples for reference of visual inspection.
● Daily in-process production/rejection date updation.
● Preparing operator quality check sheet for internal rejections.
● Communicate with the tooling team & operators for internal rejection to achieve the common goal of the company.
