1.               WORKEXPERIENCE :

(A)     My main responsibilities were

F Building up the portfolio through debt and other financial instruments viz., financing of NBFCs that are into MSME financing, direct financing with a focus on MSME projects that provide employment opportunities to disadvantaged people, participation in MSME projects arranged by development finance organisations, banks or other investment companies with a strong development focus in India etc.

F Responsible for the whole project cycle of MSME financiaing, both direct and indirect from identification of investment opportunities, financial due diligence, structuring, pricing, negotiations, legal contracts, disbursements and loan repayments.

F Establish a network for sourcing and developing project opportunities, including utility companies, developing financing institutions other like-minded financiers, industry organisations, consultants and government agencies.

F To identify and maintain a pipeline of MSME project opportunities in India

F To provide input for the preparation of reports, strategic papers and other relevant documents for the credit department.

(B)       Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) since August 1994 till May 2016 and worked in cities like Bangalore, New Delhi, Lucknow, Faridabad, Visakhapatnam Nagpur and Hyderabad.

Handled responsibilities in various departments like Micro Finance Portfolio, Financial Appraisals for projects under SME Sector, Monitoring and follow-up of the projects, Asset Recovery, MIS and Budgeting, HRDD, Accounts, Administration, Premises etc.

Overall I have handled a variety of portfolio in SIDBI pertaining to MSME sector and gained confidence of handling any area of MSME sector.

(C)      Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) : From 1987 to 1994

           Worked as a Personal Assistant to Vice-Chancellor (1990-1994)

           With Pro-Vice Chancellor (1987 - 1990) :  Had experience in dealing with matters relating to Campus Development, Administration, Premises, Arranging Meetings / Seminars and Convocation functions etc.

Overall I have gained enough experience both in Financial as well as HRD/Admn.,matters.
