 Currently working in Dorin India Private Limited (Japanese MNC) as Japanese Translator and Interpreter cum HR and admin department. (Full Time) 

Roles and Responsibilities

 Soft-will Info com Private Limited – 1. Worked as Japanese Senior sales executive.

2. Customer services and technical support to Japanese clients (related to mails, errors, cleanups, memory, hang, black screen, refund issues) to Japanese clients and coordinate with Japanese customers and technicians.

Dorin India Private limited – Japanese MNC (Automotive)

1. Deal and attend meetings with Japanese as an Interpreter and Translator.

2. Invoice verification- HR Related (like vehicles, canteen, contractual employees, eatables, Japanese apartment/maintenance etc.).

3. Handling Japanese Native’s related Issues like Housing, FRRO, Bank work, Bills, Air tickets, hotel bookings, apartment related problems and transportation management etc.

4. Handling HR and Admin departmenta. Canteen Management, Stationary Management, Invoice verification, Agreements handling, Vehicle management, Gardeners, Guards, Housekeeping and Drivers management. b. Planning and Hiring/interviews of new employees (Staff and Manpower).
