•            4+ year of Experience in production /application support and software testing. Incident management using Jira and Monitoring Tool.

•                  Assists with disaster recovery and business continuity by conducting basic tasks (starting servers and bringing services on-line) in a Linux environment.

•                  Strong technical and analytical skills, ability to understand complex systems, design and maintaining test cases and test plans.

•                  Participating in the development of test strategies and test plans.

•                  Experience with multiple operating systems to include Windows, Mac OS, and Unix/Linux and mobile platforms.

•                  Experience in embedded testing and web based application.

•                  Experience in different phases of manual testing (Functional and non-functional testing).

Extensive knowledge of SDLC, STLC, SQL, DATABASE, Bug Life Cycle & Testing methodologies.

•                  Understanding of Agile/SCRUM techniques.

•                  Experience with SQL queries for data validation.

•                  Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, SIP, H.323, VOIP and HTTP protocol.

•                  Familiarity with testing tools like JIRA and Bug tracking tools.

•                  Familiar with open SSH and Putty.

•                  Working knowledge with Software version control systems such as TortoiseSVN.

•            

Proficient in handling projects efficiently for delivering required applications in a very systematic way.

•            Capable of analyzing the problem and thereby providing an appropriate solution.

•            Highly motivated, quick learner and extremely versatile. Accepts responsibilities and job duties eagerly with minimal supervision required.
