I have overall 13+ Years of I.T. experience in developing the Enterprise BPM applications especially in leading financial Institutions using Pega Rules and Process Commander (PRPC V7) and using CPM HC Framework, BIX, PHP, DHTML and JavaScript. I have been involved in all stages of software lifecycle especially the ability of capturing users requirements and converting those into IT terminologies. I have played the role of Senior Application Architect, Senior Business Architect as well as have experience in building application using Lean and Agile Scrum based model. I am a B.Tech, Electronics & Communication Engineering graduate. I am certified by Pega Systems Inc. in PRPC CLSA 7.1 in the Part 1. I have also been involved in building BPM Practice by mentoring and coaching associates. I have experience working as a Pega Trainer while paying the role of Practice Lead for BPM.
