- Overall, 4.3 years of Professional IT Experience and 2.6 years relevant in ServiceNow platform as Developer.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Service Now platform as well as experience delivering medium to large-scale Service Now implementations.
- Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change etc.) using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions.
- Advanced ServiceNow technical skill - UI Policies, UI Macros, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, Mid Server Configuration, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update sets, Inbound email actions and Asset module.
- Experience on Service Catalogues, Catalog items, Order Guides, Record Producer, Workflows, transform maps.
- Experience in Web-services, Inbound email actions, Email notifications, Email Templates and Mail scripts and events creation.
- Importing data to the Service-Now instance using transform map.
- Customized Incident/Problem/Change/Knowledge modules using Business rules, Client scripts.
- Created Scheduled script jobs and Scheduled generation and distribution of reports.
- Using ACL’s for providing field level security and table level security.
- Created various workflows for Change Management, Catalogues item’s and SLA's
- Excellent knowledge on Work flows, Automation of approvals, change process.
- Involved on Upgrade from Helsinki to Kingston.
- Interacting with functional owners on day to day basis to understand the business requirements.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with the business users/customers
- Create an access control rule (ACL). Use of scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create script to automate routine tasks being done in ServiceNow.
