Good experience in resolving tickets and System monitoring within in SLA.
Interacting with clients through call, mail or chat.
Providing support to clients on 24/7 basis. Excellent commitment, dedication and planning towards goal oriented problemsolving skills with good interpersonal and communication skills.
As a team member supported the production and preproduction environment.
Escalating incident to other team as well as onsite team whenever required.
Informed to business user incase scheduled job failed or in case of service outage.
Performing weekend health check up to run the support process smoothly.
Updating the run book when reoccurrence of issue happened
Raise tickets using tool BMC Remedy.
Knowledge on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). ITIL (Incident and Problem management)
Good Knowledge of Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Cursors,
Having Good Knowledge of joins, Sub Query and Set Operators Concepts.
Having hands on experience on Control-m/EM/Servers and Agents.
Quick learner and good in understanding new concepts.
