Cloud DevOps Engineer with a total experience of more than 8 years on server infrastructure, building and supporting solutions based on Linux/Windows platform in Cloud(AWS, Azure, and VMC). Takes the form part in automating, supporting, and ensuring CI/CD in product development.
Responsibilities:
Work on L2 & L3 Infrastructure issues related to Linux/Windows Servers in AWS, Azure, and VMware.
Work on the projects for provisioning of new application environment on Cloud Infrastructure.
Provisioning in AWS includes building EC2 instances, Network Security group, ELB, Route 53, RDS, VPC, and VPC peering.
Provisioning in Azure includes Creating RG, Azure VM, Application Gateway, VNet, NSG, SQL, and other Database services.
Work on Clean-up projects that include generating reports of unattached EBS, stopping RDS, EC2, older snapshots, and removing them for cost reduction.
Linux OS patching through SALT.
Work on Access control using AD and LDAP for AWS, Azure, and VMware environment servers. Automated user management through the script.
Setup SALT master on docker.
Manage Jenkins and CI/CD for warranty and SKD R&D projects.
Maintain Patch Release and Code Version Control for warranty and SKD R&D projects using GitLab and SVN.
SQL and Oracle Database Installation on servers hosted on Cloud infrastructure.
