Certified SAFe®5 Agilist. ● Work closely with multiple work-stream leads and SMEs in identifying and managing interdependencies – in meeting or workshop mode ● Manage multiple, simultaneous, interdependent initiatives/deliveries across different work-streams in a smooth fashion ● Identify best practices and suggest improvements in the defined project management & Technical processes ● Expertise in handling Client, Transition, Pre-Sales and R&D Projects ● Plan and drive workshops involving executive, managerial and technical personnel ● Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor and develop team members if any ● Analyze and effectively manage stakeholder expectations ● Manage project finance > €3m and report using various productivity tools ● Profit and Loss Forecast ● Fixed Price and T&M Projects
