§End To End PROJECT GOVERNANCE
§Providing entire Telecom Solution to different ISP’S/CORPORATES/MSO/LCO.
§Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations
§Ensuring solutions stated in the SOW are best practice and in line with client requirements
§Interface between delivery team and various support functions viz IT, HR, Admin.
§Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP’s
§Develop transition methodology, project templates and standard reporting for updating senior stakeholders
§Accountable for KPIs, key ones being timely and quality delivery of transitions
§Partner with senior stakeholders across business, partners and other teams to deliver project outcomes
§Project coordination including organization and facilitation of project meetings and undertake presentations
