· Responsible for end to end recruitment for IT clients
· Managing the entire recruitment cycle and close the position.
· Understanding the resource Requirement for Permanent employment.
· Understanding job description of assigned position and sourcing Profiles as per client Specifications.
· Posting job vacancies on various portals.
· Recruiting the people through various sources like Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Referrals, Job Postings, and through Internal Database.
· Handling the entire event of recruitment activities like CV Searching, Candidates Scheduling, Interviews lineup, Tracking offers, speed up joining formalities and regular interaction with the candidates.
· Identifying specialized potential candidates through multiple sources simultaneously.
· Briefing candidate’s regarding Job description, Company profile.
· Rate/salary negotiations.
· Performing preliminary round of interviews for indepth screening on communication and personal skills.
· Follow up with clients for feedback.
· Explaining candidates about different rounds of interview from induction till final HR Ro und.
· Responsible for complete coordination with the candidates.
· Follow up with selected candidate to confirm their DOJ and keep a track of the same.

· Trainer Identification / Trainer Coordination / Business Team Coordination / Database Management.
· Resource the trainer based on the requirement received from the training department.
· Surfing internet, networking sites & portals for identifying the trainers.
· Identifying new trainers and create a new database for future requirements and send emails to the identified trainers.
