EXPERIENCE ASTER DM HEALTHCARE Assistant Manager May’22 – Present Responsibilities

●Responsible for the continuous support and enhancement of the Oracle ERP HCM solution for the entire Aster DM organization with 26000+ employees across the Middle East and India.

●Responsible for researching and implementing end to end new initiatives such as Oracle Guided Learning, Marketplace Opportunity etc. single handedly.

●Responsible for a successful end to end implementation of new legal entities across the organization connecting with the vendors such as PWC and Oracle to deliver the right solution and helping in-house HRs to understand the processes and provide valuable suggestions to enhance current HR processes.

●Conducting in-house training for KUT/UAT sessions with the key users for new legal entities launched and providing continuous support.

●Responsible for launching Open Enrolments for Benefits across the organization.
