Roles and Responsibilities

Production:

●      Managed team of 40 employees across Grain Plant as Production Manager

●      Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target.

●      Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production

●      Providing training to worker on required skill to achieve targets

●      Monitor and Reduce the scrap and rework below the target levels

●      Simultaneously working towards continuous productivity and quality improvement

●      Implementing CLRI, Suggestion, Kaizen and WCM activities along with improvement projects in work place

●      Ensuring proper housekeeping and maintained 5S and to lead the team for taking part in improvement.

●       Manage inventories to meet production requirements and the company's inventory strategies and objectives.

●      Coordinate with Customer Service Department for realistic schedules to meet customer requirements

●      Maintain and update the department records for meet the audit requirement related to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007

●      Providing induction training to new recruit contract labor

●      Coordinating Input raw material & output Production in SAP

●      Generating reports form Power Bi for easy planning

Quality:

●      Checking the transmittance level in washed grains

●      Checking and monitoring high Magnetic Iron product not mixed with processing lines

●      Cross checking the calibration of test sieves, weighing scale

●      Certifying the crude physical properties while conducting physical inspection

●      Inspecting the Wooden pallets, HDPE bags, Rotex screen, Tornado shoes and Liners

Safety:

●      Find and eliminate unsafe Act & unsafe Condition at work site by using SMAT tool

●      Monitoring and providing necessary PPE’s to shop floor persons

●      Participating accidents investigating for finding out root causes and takes remedial measures to avoid reoccurrence

●      Developing training modules and Training plant personnel in EHS.

●      Conducting training class for safety awareness among the workers & contractor labor

●      Implementing the work permit systems for various activities and monitoring the effectiveness of the same.

●      Planning and follow-up with the operations team for the improvement of 20 STEP EHS Audit score.

●      Organizing & conducting inspection of Forklift

●      Conducting PEP and Tool box talks.
