Roles and Responsibilities:-

 All aspects of user and license management include new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.

 Salesforce configurations changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flows, Assignment rules, Approval Processes, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Layouts, Apps, Reports, and Dashboards.

 Communication of any platform changes to end-users and stakeholders.

 Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.

 Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health checks, and optimizers.

 User support tickets.

 Monitor and Improve user adoption.

 New User and ongoing user training.

 Technical documentation.

 Working with third-party applications.

 Responsible to analyze, troubleshoot and solve the team-reported issues.

 Ability to estimate time to resolve technical problems and clear understanding of limitations for escalation purposes.

 Responsible for the cases assigned till the issues are solved and maintaining the issue tracking up to date including the communication with the involved stakeholders.

 Able to understand the issues reported by the teams and clearly explain the solutions and reasons for the issues through mails/during discussions.
