Roles and Responsibilities:-
All aspects of user and license management include new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
Salesforce configurations changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flows, Assignment rules, Approval Processes, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Dynamic Layouts, Apps, Reports, and Dashboards.
Communication of any platform changes to end-users and stakeholders.
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health checks, and optimizers.
User support tickets.
Monitor and Improve user adoption.
New User and ongoing user training.
Technical documentation.
Working with third-party applications.
Responsible to analyze, troubleshoot and solve the team-reported issues.
Ability to estimate time to resolve technical problems and clear understanding of limitations for escalation purposes.
Responsible for the cases assigned till the issues are solved and maintaining the issue tracking up to date including the communication with the involved stakeholders.
Able to understand the issues reported by the teams and clearly explain the solutions and reasons for the issues through mails/during discussions.
